Ingredients for Sesame Chicken Finger Fry Recipe

  • ½ kg chicken breast pieces
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1½ tsp salt- according to taste
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • 2 tsp curd
  • ¼ tsp chicken masala
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • ½ tsp garlic paste
  • 5 tsp sesame seeds
  • 200g refined oil
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • ¼ tsp kesari powder

Method for Sesame Chicken Finger Fry Recipe

Boil the chicken in hot water. Squeeze the chicken thoroughly. Remove the bones. Add the lemon juice, salt, curd, ginger paste and garlic paste. Mix it well. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Add the chilli powder, garam masala, sesame seeds and kesari powder.

Heat oil in a pan. Wet the palm of one of your hands. Put the chicken on the wet palm and shape it like lengthy fingers. Dip the finger-shaped chicken in sesame seeds and corn flour. Drop it slowly into the oil and fry it deeply till it gets brown in colour.

Garam masala and kesari powder is optional.

Now a delicious sesame chicken finger fry is ready! Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
